One of the best beef soups I've had and I've tried many....dumplings melt in your mouth. The ground food will portioned and absolutely delicious not too spicy but full of flavor. Big up to the chef
They stepped up from my last review. Debit machine worked, food is still great, served in proper for dine in. Really do love eating here and when they have a live dj the place is popping.
This is a nice mom n pop family run business. I dined in for lunch with a friend, on a calm Sunday afternoon, and we saw many regulars pop in for their takeout/regular orders (the soup of the day seems like a hit!). Food wise we tried the chicken roti and jerk chicken (small). My friend enjoyed her roti but I found the jerk chicken salty, very mild with heat and just ok in general (the chicken was tender, but I wasn't big on the sauce base). What I did really like was cost wise the portions are large and very cheap compared to most places, ~$10/person will get you a filling meal! Also note that the service was very friendly, there's ample seating and the debit machine was down - so they only take cash for the time.
Got the jerk chicken, very delicious. The chicken fell off the bone, the slaw was seasoned well, and the rice was fluffy and aromatic. Proportions were great, I got the medium size and it felt filling. The lady out front was very sweet and helpful with deciding what to order.
Their oxtail and rice & peas are so delicious, I’m definitely coming back and the service is so good, super friendly and lovely place !!
